Meet The Team

Molly Rosenblum, Esq.

Ms. Rosenblum is the founder of Rosenblum Law Offices. Ms. Rosenblum grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada and graduated from Valley High School. She obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Nevada Reno in 1997 and worked in finance in the gaming industry for several years prior to obtaining her law degree from the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV in 2002.

While in law school, Ms. Rosenblum was a member of the law review, moot court and public interest lawyers associations. Ms. Rosenblum graduated from law school cum laude and received the Dean’s Award for Academic Performance. Ms. Rosenblum worked for Chief Judge Phillip Pro in the Federal Court before pursing her career in litigation. After graduating from law school, Ms. Rosenblum spent the first several years of her career with Cobeaga Tomlinson as a litigator focusing in the areas of criminal defense, family law, personal injury, premises liability and medical malpractice.

In 2005, Ms. Rosenblum founded Rosenblum Law Offices with a goal of providing quality legal representation to members of the Clark County and Nye County communities. The firm’s philosophy has always been to provide high quality legal representation at reduced pricing. Throughout her career, Ms. Rosenblum has tried a number of family law, criminal defense and civil cases to verdict and currently runs one of the most successful practices in the State of Nevada.

As a member of the State Bar of Nevada and the Nevada Justice Association, Ms. Rosenblum has personally served as an advocate providing those in Clark County and Nye County legal representation in the areas of criminal defense, divorce, child support and custody cases, medical malpractice, personal injury, evictions, and business litigation.

In her personal time, Ms. Rosenblum is an avid triathlete and runner. She has completed several marathons and half marathons and has participated in Ironman in Arizona and St. George, Utah. However, Ms. Rosenblum’s biggest accomplishment is her family and she enjoys spending time with her two children.

Courtney Ketter, Esq.

Courtney is a 2012 graduate of UNLV’s William S. Boyd School of Law. While in law school, Courtney gained extensive experience in the family court by working as an extern for the Family Court Judge, the Honorable William Henderson, as well as participating in the Thomas & Mack Juvenile Justice Clinic. In addition to his experience in family law, Courtney also gained valuable experience in criminal defense through an externship with the Clark County Juvenile Public Defender’s Office. Most notably, Courtney was the recipient of the Las Vegas National Bar Association Scholarship for 2010 and 2012 and also served as a member of the Black Students Association.

Prior to law school, Courtney obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree from California State University, Northridge in Psychology. Courtney put his degree to use working extensively in public service prior to his admission to law school. Courtney has served his community as a social worker for the Department of Family Services as well as a probation officer for the juvenile justice system.

Upon his graduation from law school, Courtney put his years of public service and his extensive education in family law and juvenile justice to use. Courtney served as a law clerk for the Honorable Frank Sullivan, a judge handling only dependency matters in Family Court. Once his clerkship was complete, Courtney took a position as a prosecutor with the Las Vegas City Attorney’s Office litigating criminal cases from plea to trial.

In his spare time, Courtney enjoys spending time with his son, going to the movies and playing indoor soccer.

Sheila Tajbakhsh

Sheila Tajbakhsh is the firm's law clerk. Sheila graduated with her law degree from the William S. Boyd School of Law in May 2018. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Sheila has extensive experience in the areas of family law, business law, bankruptcy and estate planning. 

Presently, Sheila is studying for the State Bar of Nevada. In her spare time, Sheila enjoys spending time with her two dogs and her fiance. Sheila is also an avid weight lifter and kick boxer. 

Kyle King

Kyle previously worked as a law clerk for another family law firm in Las Vegas before joining Rosenblum Law Offices as an Associate Attorney in 2018. Before working the legal field, Kyle worked as a leasing consultant for the Lynd Company. Kyle attended law school at Thomas Jefferson School of Law in California and completed his undergraduate degree at Lawrence University in Wisconsin.

In his spare time, Kyle enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. Kyle also works with horses who assist Veterans in their recovery. 

John Allen

John Allen is the legal administrator and office manager at Rosenblum Law Offices. Mr. Allen has worked off and on in the legal industry for approximately ten years. Prior to working in law, John served as the Director of Casino Operations at various casinos managing several hundred employees and a budget of over $10,000,000.00.

 Mr. Allen grew up in Southern California before obtaining his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of California, Berkeley in 1995. John moved to Reno, Nevada in 1995 where he met his wife. John and his wife relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1997. John enjoys spending time with his two children, serving as a caddie for his daughter in her golf matches and riding his bike.

Claire Munoz

Claire has served as the firm’s legal assistant for over five years. She has extensive experience in customer service serving as a receptionist, administrative assistant and providing legal support assistance for the firm. Claire has always worked in customer service and has a passion for greeting and assisting clients.

Regan Fuget

Regan Fuget joined Rosenblum Law Offices in 2018 as the firm's intern. Regan is currently attenting the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and is pursuing his degree in Anthropology.  

Regan previously interned at the University of Nevada Las Vegas and The Source in Henderson. In his free time, Regan spends time with his family and friends, enjoys going to concerts and running.
