Reduce Your Charges And Your Fines By Attending Traffic School

Got a ticket in Henderson Municipal Court? You might be able to attend traffic school to reduce your charges. The Court might even reduce your traffic fines.

If you have not attended traffic school in the last 12 months, you will be able to attend Level 1 Traffic School.

If you have attended traffic school in the last year, you will need to attend a Repeat Offenders Program.

TIP: Traffic School will only help you if you have received a moving violation. If your ticket is for a non-moving violation like no insurance or no driver’s license, you will need to fix them. Going to traffic school won’t reduce your charges or fines.

Make Payments On Your Henderson Traffic Ticket Fines

Henderson Traffic Court accepts payments towards your traffic fines.

Usually, the smallest payment the Court will accept is $100 per month.

By accepting a payment plan, you agree to make small payments over a period of time towards the fees and fines.

In most cases, the Court will charge you a payment plan “set up fee” plus the fees and fines you are already assessed.

Can’t pay your fines? Then ask your traffic court judge for a work program in exchange for payment. Most courts will allow you to do community service or other work instead.

Concerned about making payments? Schedule a court date to talk to the judge about your circumstances and ask for alternatives.

If you miss a payment, a warrant could get issued.
