About Molly

Born in Virginia and raised in Las Vegas from the age of two, she is the founder and managing attorney of Rosenblum Law — one of Nevada's most respected and recognized family law firms, which celebrated its 20th anniversary on December 5, 2025.
Molly graduated Cum Laude from the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV in 2002 as part of its second graduating class, receiving the Dean's Award for Academic Performance. She was a member of Law Review, Moot Court, and was an original member of the Public Interest Lawyers Association — helping to create its annual silent auction, which now raises tens of thousands of dollars sponsoring student public interest work every summer.
Before founding her own firm, Molly had the honor of externing for Chief Judge Phillip Pro in the Federal Court, then spent several formative years alongside litigation legend J. Mitchell Cobeaga, where she built her courtroom instincts across criminal defense, family law, personal injury, premises liability, and medical malpractice. That foundation — rigorous, trial-tested, and built under some of Nevada's finest legal minds — is what she brings to every client today.
"I took a pro bono case representing children nobody else seemed to want. I was able to get them placed into an amazing foster home where they were adopted. I saw the oldest graduate from high school. That's when I knew I needed to be in family law."
In 2005, Molly founded Rosenblum Law with a single goal: provide the highest quality legal representation to Clark County families and treat every client's case like the most important case in the firm. Twenty years later, that philosophy has made Rosenblum Law one of the most successful family law practices in the state of Nevada — with over $100 million in high-asset cases handled along the way.
Today Molly leads a growing five-attorney firm that handles everything from high-asset divorces and contested prenuptials to high-conflict custody battles and LGBTQ+ family law. She is a court-appointed Guardian ad Litem, a Certified AFCC Parenting Coordinator, and sits on the Raise the Bar committee — which sets the professional standards for family court practitioners across Las Vegas. She is licensed in both Nevada and Idaho, with her sights set on continuing to expand access to elite family law representation across the region.
