About Molly Rosenblum
Molly S. Rosenblum, Esq. is the founder and president of Rosenblum Allen Law Firm, a family law practice she established in Las Vegas in 2005. Raised in Las Vegas from the age of two, she has practiced law in Nevada since 2002.
With more than two decades of litigation experience, Molly has represented clients in contested divorce proceedings, high-conflict custody matters, complex property disputes, relocation litigation, and disputes involving prenuptial agreements.
She graduated cum laude from the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV in 2002 as a member of its second graduating class. She received the Dean's Award for Academic Performance and participated in Law Review and Moot Court.
Molly was an original member of the Public Interest Lawyers Association and helped establish its annual fundraising auction supporting students pursuing public interest work.
Before founding her firm, Molly served as a judicial extern for Chief Judge Philip Pro of the United States District Court and worked alongside attorney J. Mitchell Cobeaga. Those experiences helped develop her approach to trial preparation, legal analysis, and advocacy.
"I took a pro bono case representing children nobody else seemed to want. I was able to get them placed into an amazing foster home where they were adopted. I saw the oldest graduate from high school. That's when I knew I needed to be in family law."
Molly founded her law firm to provide serious, thoughtful representation to families navigating difficult legal disputes. Over the years, Rosenblum Allen has grown into a team of attorneys, paralegals, and professional staff serving clients across Southern Nevada and now in Northern Nevada.
Leadership and the Rosenblum Allen Team
After more than two decades in litigation, Molly's role includes developing the attorneys, litigation standards, and systems that support Rosenblum Allen's clients.
She guides case strategy, attorney development, professional supervision, and the firm's long-term direction. Her objective is to build a firm where clients receive excellent representation from a capable legal team rather than depending on a single attorney.
Molly's approach: Prepare thoroughly, provide candid legal advice, communicate clearly, evaluate litigation costs, and make decisions based on the client's objectives and the evidence.
Rosenblum Allen also regularly assists clients who began their cases with another law firm. The firm has taken over approximately five to ten matters per month from prior counsel, depending on client needs and case volume.
When evaluating a case for possible transfer, attorneys may need to review prior pleadings, court orders, hearing recordings, discovery, and deadlines before deciding whether taking over representation is appropriate.
This experience reinforces Molly's emphasis on organized case preparation, responsible communication, and realistic expectations from the beginning of the attorney-client relationship.

Custody was resolved through settlement, while disputed financial issues proceeded to trial. The court awarded the client more than $100,000 in attorney fees based on the opposing party's conduct.

Settled Before TrialA high-asset divorce involved multiple properties, business interests, a disputed corporate valuation, and contested support issues. The case settled on the courthouse steps following extensive financial analysis and trial preparation.

$1 Million+ in AssetsFollowing a lengthy marriage, the parties disputed the enforceability of a prenuptial agreement.
