I love to play music, mostly guitar or piano. It has been awhile since I’ve been able to actually play or practice, so I’m a bit rusty.
I have a sticky note on my wall from last summer: “Take a deep breath. Count to ten. Relax. Focus. You can do this. One step at a time.”
It’s my own message I wrote to myself, reminding me that I am capable of overcoming challenges. And even when I make a mistake, I just need to pick myself back up and try again.
