SMS Terms & Conditions
Rosenblum Allen Law Firm (“we,” “us,” or “our”) offers text messaging (SMS) to communicate with clients and prospective clients who have an established relationship with our firm. By opting in as described below, you agree to these terms.
1. Program description. We send service-related and customer-care text messages, including appointment and consultation confirmations, case updates and notifications, court hearing reminders, and consultation invoice and payment links. We do not send unsolicited marketing or advertising text messages.
2. How you opt in (consent). To opt in, text the word JOIN to (725) 202-9985. You will receive a one-time confirmation message: “Rosenblum Allen Law Firm: You are now subscribed to text updates about your case, appointments, and invoices. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.” You may also opt in verbally during an inbound phone call that you initiate with our office (for example, when you call to schedule a consultation), and your verbal consent is documented in our system. We only send text messages to individuals who have an established relationship with the firm. As a law firm, American Bar Association rules prohibit us from contacting prospective clients who have not first reached out to us, so we never text anyone who has not already contacted our firm.
3. Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your matter and your interactions with our firm.
4. Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
5. How to opt out. You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by using the opt-out control in your client portal. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send you any further texts. To resubscribe, reply START.
6. Help. For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact our office at (702) 433-2889.
7. Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Any personal information shared with our service providers (such as our messaging platform provider) is limited to what is needed to deliver the messaging service. 8. Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
