About Beth
Beth Rosenblum is a family law attorney at Rosenblum Law and leads the firm's Henderson office, bringing nearly two decades of experience to Southern Nevada families navigating some of the most difficult moments of their lives. Born and raised in Las Vegas, Beth has deep roots in this community and a genuine commitment to the people she serves.
Before joining Rosenblum Law in 2024, Beth spent 19 years as a partner at Mushkin & Rosenblum, Chartered, where she built a reputation for steady, practical, and thorough representation across the full spectrum of family law. That tenure forged the kind of courtroom experience that only comes from years of trying cases, and the judgment to know when to fight and when to negotiate.
Beth earned her Juris Doctor magna cum laude from the Boyd School of Law at UNLV in 2005, where she was a member of both Law Review and Moot Court. Before law school, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Northwestern University — and put that background to work at a CBS affiliate in Salt Lake City. That foundation in communication shows in her practice today: Beth is known for explaining complex legal situations in plain language, setting realistic expectations early, and keeping clients informed every step of the way.
"My goal is to help people navigate what can often be the most fraught time in their lives — with a practical perspective and the assurance that their needs are being fully met."
Beyond her private practice, Beth has served as a Pro Tem Domestic Violence Commissioner, a role that reflects her deep commitment to protecting vulnerable individuals and ensuring a fair family court system. She also handles CPS and Juvenile Dependency matters, representing parents in abuse and neglect proceedings brought by the State of Nevada, an area of practice few attorneys are willing to take on, and one where her advocacy has made a profound difference in families' lives.
What sets Beth apart: Nearly two decades of courtroom experience, magna cum laude credentials, a journalism background that makes her a uniquely clear communicator, and the heart to take on the cases — CPS, dependency, domestic violence — that matter most to the families who need help the most.
Notable Case Results
Beth has tried family law cases to verdict across Clark County. Here are three recent results that show what she brings to a case.
In a highly contested relocation trial, Beth successfully argued for a mother's right to relocate with her special needs child, a case requiring not only command of Nevada relocation law but a deep understanding of the child's unique circumstances and best interests. Relocation cases are among the most difficult to win. Beth won.
A mother facing her fourth or fifth round of abuse allegations brought by her ex-husband came to Beth exhausted, financially strained, and staring down another costly battle with the Department of Family Services. Rather than letting the case spiral into prolonged litigation, Beth took a different approach: she personally facilitated direct communication between the client, DFS, and all relevant parties. The result was a swift resolution — the case was closed without significant legal fees and without the drawn-out DFS process the ex-husband was counting on.
When the State of Nevada brought a petition to terminate a mother's parental rights, one of the most severe and irreversible actions a court can take, Beth successfully defeated it. Representing parents against the state in dependency proceedings requires a specialized skill set, an understanding of the CPS system, and an unwillingness to back down. Beth delivered on all three.
