Robert Blau, Esq.Attorney
Robert attended college at Ithaca College in New York. He graduated in 1981 with a Bacherlor’s Degree in Political Science and Economics.
After graduating from college, Robert attended law school at John Marshall College of Law and graduated in 1984. He took and was admitted to the State Bar of New York in 1985. Robert practiced matrimonial law in New York City from 1985 until 1988.
Robert was lured to Wall Street where he worked as an Institutional Broker/Dealer of Mortgage Backed Securities. Robert worked for a few different firms for approximately six years.
From 1996-1999, Robert worked at Cantor Fitzgerald on the 105th floor of Tower 1 of the World Trade Center.
Robert joined his family in Florida and worked as a bond broker.
Robert returned to New York on September 11, 2000 and worked at Oppenheimer & Co. at the World Financial Center in lower Manhattan. Robert continued working in New York until 2005.
Robert moved to Las Vegas when a friend convinced him to move to Las Vegas and work for UBS. He worked for UBS until the financial collapse in 2007.
He met his wife, Kristine Brewer, in Las Vegas. Kristine convinced Robert to study for the Nevada Bar Exam. Much to his surprise, Robert passed the Nevada Bar Exam in February 2008.
In January 2009, Robert opened the Brewer Blau Law Group with his wife where he continued to work until 2015. When Kristine received a job offer she could not refuse, Robert joined a prestigious Las Vegas law firm as an associate. Robert continued to work in Las Vegas in family law until he joined Rosenblum Law Offices in 2020. Robert handles primarily divorce, custody, alimony and other family law matters for Rosenblum Law Offices.
In his spare time, Robert enjoys traveling with his wife, attending concerts and spending time with his pets. Robert won the Community Commitment Award in 2011 and still dedicates much of his time to pro bono practice.
