TIP: Traffic School will only help you if you have received a moving violation. If your ticket is for a non-moving violation like invalid insurance or no driver’s license, you will need to fix those things and going to traffic school won’t reduce your charges or fines.
Make Payments On Your Henderson Traffic Ticket Fines
Henderson Traffic Court makes getting a traffic ticket a little less painful by accepting payments towards your traffic fines.
Usually, the minimum payment the Court will accept is $100 per month.
By accepting a payment plan, you agree to make small payments over a period of time towards the fees and fines associated with your citation.
In most cases, the Court will charge you a small payment plan “set up fee” in addition to the fees and fines you are already assessed.
Can’t pay your fines? Then ask your traffic court judge for a work program in exchange for payment. Most courts will allow you to do community service or other work instead of paying cash for your traffic fines.
Concerned about making payments? Schedule a court date to talk to the judge about your circumstances and ask for alternatives for paying your fines.
If you miss a payment, a warrant could be issued.
