Can I Make On-Line Payments? How Do You Keep Them Secure?
Our office is pleased to be at the forefront of technology and we proudly accept payments on-line. Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today. It encrypts all of your personal information, including your credit card number, name and address so that it cannot be read over the internet.
Can I Get A Refund?
Our office evaluates requests for refunds on a case by case basis. In almost every case, we have a fee agreement signed by the Client and the Attorney at the outset of the case so that the Client knows exactly what they are getting when they retain us. If a Client is dissatisfied with the work provided, or circumstances change, we are happy to discuss full and partial refunds with each individual client. However, refunds are solely within the discretion of the Managing Partner.
